Ford activates 1.0l EcoBoost variants at KLIMS

Ford brought forth the new EcoSport and Fiesta with 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine to the KLIMS ’13. Along with the Ford Model A Pick-up, Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, Ford Fiesta ST, Ford Kuga Titanium+, Focus race car, Focus Sport+ Graphite, Ranger X-Terrain Edition, Transit and Fusion Hybrid, the Ford stand at KLIMS ’13 is certainly buzzing like a beehive.

The new Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost further expands the recently launched new Fiesta line-up in the country. The Fiesta’s 1.0l EcoBoost small powerplant offers direct fuel injection, turbocharging and variable valve timing for 20 percent better fuel economy at 4.3-liter/100km and 15 percent lesser emissions, compared to the regular Fiesta. It could still churn 125 PS of power and 170 Nm of torque; rather equivalent to a 1.6-liter petrol engine.
Class-leading safety features and smart technologies are hallmarks of the Ford Fiesta with EcoBoost 1.0l. The SYNC smart technology gives drivers the easiest of in-car connectivity, as well as an enjoyable driving experience.
